We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale HRIS system transformation programme. Working across HR, Technology and Data Governance workstreams, this is a critical role for an organisation committed to building a robust, future-ready HR data landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of data validation rules, quality checkpoints, data profiling and integrity checks across all HR datasets.
  • Design and execute data migration plans in close collaboration with HRIS vendors and technology teams, including defining transformation rules and mapping specifications from Legacy systems.
  • Support migration testing cycles including SIT, UAT and parallel runs, with full data reconciliation.
  • Contribute to data dictionaries, business glossaries and metadata standards.
  • Support RFP processes, assessing prospective vendors against organisational data needs.
  • Enable future HR reporting and analytics by ensuring HRIS design and data models support strategic reporting requirements across workforce, payroll, reward, talent and EDI functions.
  • Translate complex data concepts into clear, business-friendly documentation for non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst, with strong knowledge of HR data, best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience on an HRIS or large-scale ERP transformation programme in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of data modelling practices including conceptual and logical model creation.
  • Proven experience in data migration for large-scale HR or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles including data ownership, stewardship and quality frameworks.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel and PowerBI.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of modern data warehouses, data lakes or data lakehouses is beneficial.
