ServiceNow Lead

We are Looking for ServiceNow Lead -Telecom domain Based in Reading, UK

Job Description:

• 8 to 10 years of experience with at least 5 years on ServiceNow
• Experience and understanding of the Telecom domain specifically Service Fulfillment
• Experience in driving design and requirement gathering discussions with the customer and in creating understandable designs for the consumption of the development team
• Understanding of Order Management processes & Telecom inventory
• ServiceNow CIS certifications in CSM or Telecom specific products
• Ability to comprehend and align with complex enterprise landscapes and architectures
• In-depth understanding of proactive and reactive assurance processes, ServiceNow specific best practices in designing the same and leveraging of TSM & TSOM to fulfil the requirements
• Understanding of inventory and fulfillment models for GPON, XGS-PON & other Fiber/Co-Ax networks
• Understanding of ODA and TMF APIs
