Job Description:-
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner with a strong focus on backlog management, delivery execution, and technical collaboration.
The primary responsibility is to own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is clearly defined, prioritised, and delivery-ready, while working closely with stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams.
This role is execution-focused, requiring hands-on involvement in Agile delivery rather than product strategy or roadmap ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and ready for delivery
- Translate business and technical requirements into features, epics, and detailed user stories
- Write clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Prioritise backlog items in alignment with business needs, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Strong Experience with Azure Cloud
Lead and support Agile ceremonies, including:
- Sprint planning
- Backlog refinement
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews/Show & Tell sessions
- Retrospectives
- Forward planning/roadmap alignment sessions (delivery-focused)
- Ensure requirements clarity and consistency throughout the development life cycle
- Support delivery by resolving ambiguities, managing dependencies, and ensuring backlog readiness
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical discussions, integrations, and system-related requirements
