Their mission is to become the market leader and to replicate their dominance of the UK market overseas.Day to day the Cloud Operations Engineer will:Maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS) and delivery techAutomate software delivery pipelinesTake ownership of key parts of the CD pipelineEnsure best use of technology and consider more efficient or newer technologies to implementAsist in the building, delivery and operations of fault tolerant distributed systemsAct as tech authority for platform issuesAs a Site Reliability Engineer you will be:Experienced and Certified in cloud computing with AWSKubernetes operational experienceExperience with Hashicorp suite – Terraform and Vault etcHave a track record of working in a DevOps environment, able to investigate application issues and remediate with stable solutionsJenkinsLinux, CentOMS SQLFamiliarity with development languages, such as .NET, Java or PythonThis role suits a senior Engineer from a DevOps or SRE background who is real technologist and cloud specialist interested in the latest tooling and technologies that support software development and infrastructure.
