They provide a market leading financial management software.On a day to Day basis the Support Specialist will:·Provide technical and elements of functional support to the business users for all applications·Root cause analysis, document and implement solution·Change Management·Provide design input for new projects covering possible reuse, application cooperation and deployment models·Review implementation and deployment designs·Release Management·Install and configure applications·Configuration Management·Ensure application servers operate within acceptable parameters through monitoring toolsApplication Support Engineers MUST have:Degree in a STEM subject ideally computing based.Some commercial experienceSQLIdeally some exposure to application supportYou will be joining a progressive and exciting company committed to excellence.
