They value technology especially the opensource variety as well as scalability and robust performance (much like their track record).I am looking for entrepreneurial risk takers with STEM-related degrees to join a growing trading team. You need to have strong desire to learn about financial and economic concepts and passion for solving challenging problems in a fast-paced environment.Junior Traders MUST have:· Recent Trading Experience in a Prop Trading Firm, Hedge Fund or Algo Trading Desk· Strong Python· Maths Stats, Physics degree from a UK or EU top 5 UniversityThe environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions.
