Service Delivery Manager – Regulatory ReportingQuant Capital is urgently looking for a Service Delivery Manager /Implementation Consultant to join our high profile client.Our client is a fintech50 business changing the world of MiFID regulation and transaction reporting. They are a truly disruptive financial technology business.The implementation consultant will have functional lead responsibility throughout a project implementation lifecycle. He/she will need to interface with the client and demonstrate high level of business competency and be adept at leveraging his/her experience to manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of my Clients software.The product is based in major banks and funds so expect to meet a number of interesting people as well as be working with a product that is technically complex and in the forefront of people’s minds due to regulatory change.Managing the process of on-boarding new clientsExecuting business analysis and specification of non-standard customer requirements and managing expectations for deliveryOwning the analysis, specification and delivery of customer requested features which are not part of the standard product offeringClose liaison with the development team, operations team and clients, providing a communication channel and support between all partiesMaintenance of product offerings within a constantly changing regulatory environmentPre sales supportProviding quantitative and qualitative analysis for support on delivering larger projectsProviding one off ad-hoc customer reports (Management information, report analysis etc.)The role requires the candidate to work independently, and is collaborative in nature. A key aspect of the role is to provide regular feedback to the Project Manager on the status of assignments deliverables. The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, making confident decisions under pressure with aggressive timeframes and have a proven track record on successfully overseeing a number of projects of differing scales.Service Delivery Managers must have: BSc or Msc in it, economics, Maths, financeExperience of Software implementation or Back office systemsExcelIdeally SQL but this is not a requirmentExperience working for a software Vendor in the financial market or a financial firm2 years commercial experienceExperience within Capital Markets of Regulatory systemsIdeally but not needed EMIR or MiFID experienceUnderstanding of the trade lifecycle or reportingThis role suits someone from a software consulting or banking background who is looking to take on serious responsibility.
