Business Development Manager

We're working with a global SaaS business in the identity, data, and compliance space that's growing its New Business Sales team. They're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to win new logos and lead complex, solution-led sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise customers.

This role suits a proven new business seller who is comfortable owning the full sales process from prospecting through to close.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Owning the full sales cycle using an established sales methodology
  • Leading customer engagements, presentations, and negotiations
  • Working with subject matter experts to position multi-product solutions
  • Producing proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation
  • Supporting bids, tenders, and contract negotiations
  • Closing new business deals and securing long-term customers
  • Ensuring smooth handover to delivery and Customer Success teams
  • Feeding customer and market insight into product strategy
  • Attending industry events and staying close to market trends

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in complex B2B new business sales
  • Experience selling solution-led or technology products
  • Consistent target achievement
  • Strong ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
