Business Development Manager
We're working with a global SaaS business in the identity, data, and compliance space that's growing its New Business Sales team. They're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to win new logos and lead complex, solution-led sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise customers.
This role suits a proven new business seller who is comfortable owning the full sales process from prospecting through to close.
What you'll be doing:
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Owning the full sales cycle using an established sales methodology
- Leading customer engagements, presentations, and negotiations
- Working with subject matter experts to position multi-product solutions
- Producing proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation
- Supporting bids, tenders, and contract negotiations
- Closing new business deals and securing long-term customers
- Ensuring smooth handover to delivery and Customer Success teams
- Feeding customer and market insight into product strategy
- Attending industry events and staying close to market trends
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record in complex B2B new business sales
- Experience selling solution-led or technology products
- Consistent target achievement
- Strong ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
- Commercial, driven, and highly motivated
- Passionate about prospecting and closing
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Detail-focused with good CRM discipline
- Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented
