🔎 Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: London (Hybrid / Remote option potentially available)

Salary: £35k plus a £15k OTE

✨ What you’ll be doing

  • Driving top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Qualifying inbound leads and setting high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Researching target accounts and tailoring outreach to decision-makers
  • Happy to pick up the phone and cold call
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to optimise messaging
  • Bringing energy, resilience and a growth mindset every day

💼 What we’re looking for

  • 6 months+ in a SaaS BDR/SDR role (or similar outbound sales experience)
  • A motivated, ambitious self-starter who wants to learn and progress
  • Strong communication skills and a confident approach to outreach
  • Someone who loves hitting targets and isn’t afraid of the hustle
  • A team player who’s coachable, curious and commercially sharp
