What you'll do
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
- Run discovery sessions, demos and proof-of-concepts showcasing the power of modern data analytics and AI platforms.
- Support solution architecture across data pipelines, analytics workflows, cloud environments and AI/ML applications.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, proposals and solution overviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through implementation considerations and best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consultant role.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, BI platforms, databases, and data integration.
- Experience with AI/ML tools, model deployment, or AI-driven product solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable running demos, workshops and technical presentations in a customer-facing environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping clients solve meaningful problems with technology.
