London – Hybrid

£110k to £130k base + commission + equity

We’re working with a global, venture-backed technology business building an AI-powered customer communications platform used by enterprise organisations to enhance customer engagement across digital channels. The company is scaling its enterprise presence and is now seeking a Strategic Account Executive to focus on its largest and most complex customers.

As part of a high-performing sales team, you will own and develop a small portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to embed AI-driven solutions into their customer experience strategy. This is a role for a tenacious, resourceful enterprise seller who thrives in complex environments and is comfortable challenging and influencing at C-level.

What you’ll be doing

Enterprise sales & account ownership

  • Building and closing a qualified sales pipeline across a defined group of strategic enterprise accounts
  • Owning relationships with key stakeholders across complex organisations
  • Driving new business within targeted accounts using your network and enterprise sales expertise

C-level engagement & strategic influence

  • Developing deep relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Understanding business challenges and influencing customer engagement and communication strategy
  • Articulating platform value to both technical and business leaders, demonstrating strategic impact and ROI

Complex deal navigation

  • Leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles from technical teams through to executive leadership
  • Applying a repeatable sales methodology within strategic, targeted account environments
  • Executing land-and-expand motions to grow revenue within existing enterprise customers

Growth & organisational impact

  • Contributing to the continued growth of a fast-paced, multifaceted organisation
  • Partnering cross-functionally to ensure customer success and long-term value
  • Bringing energy, ownership, and a relentless focus on outcomes

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing 6/7 figure deals
  • Experience operating within a land-and-expand sales motion in strategic account environments
  • Demonstrable experience selling to C-level executives and navigating complex organisations
  • Formal sales training and use of a repeatable methodology (e.g. MEDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar)
  • Based within commuting distance of London and able to work hybrid.
