Overview:

We are seeking an experienced EUC (End User Computing) Service Delivery Consultant to assess, benchmark, and optimise the client’s current EUC service model. The consultant will provide strategic recommendations for service improvement, evaluate insourcing versus outsourcing options, and deliver a detailed transition roadmap aligned with modern workplace needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current EUC service delivery, contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Benchmark existing services against industry best practices within financial services.
• Develop recommendations to modernise EUC operations, including automation and collaboration tools.
• Perform detailed cost/benefit and resourcing model analysis (FTE vs. contractor) for insourcing vs. outsourcing.
• Design a future-state service delivery model and provide a full implementation roadmap with key milestones.
• Present executive-level reports summarising findings, recommendations, and transition strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in EUC service delivery, transformation, or strategy consulting within large financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing models, cost analysis, and service governance frameworks .
• Expertise in benchmarking, process optimisation, and technology evaluation .
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience with modern workplace tools , remote working enablement, and automation solutions.
