Partner Marketing Program Manager
We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Program Manager to lead joint marketing planning with priority partners, manage the MDF (Market Development Funds) process, execute certification bootcamps for partners, and establish new partner programs. The position will be dedicated to working on our contract with Meta’s Business Messaging Marketing team for a 12-month term, based in London. The successful candidate will design and execute regional partner marketing events and programs, with a strong background in operations. This role is critical to enabling our team to support business objectives across EMEA.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the initiative to drive projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Partner Marketing
- Lead joint marketing planning and strategy sessions with priority partners to drive impactful co-marketing initiatives.
- Manage the MDF process, including fund allocation, partner engagement, and performance tracking.
- Execute certification bootcamps for partners, ensuring high-quality training and engagement
- Collate best in class co-marketing examples and offer partners guidance and reviews for co-branded material
Program Development
- Establish new partner programs via agencies to help partners scale their marketing presence i.e. Creative Concierge services, webinar and in-person event packages etc.
Operations
- Drive operational efficiency across partner marketing programs, campaigns, and processes.
- Support budget management, vendor coordination, and reporting for partner marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation for ongoing partner marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Product, Sales, Comms, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on partner marketing program performance, ROI, and certification outcomes.
- Analyze data to optimize programs and recommend improvements.
Ideal Candidate
- 5-7 years of experience in partner/channel marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment
- Strong project management skills with a track record of conceptualising and delivering complex programs on time and within budget
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g. Salesforce.) is desirable
- Must be able to work in-office in London

Base annual compensation: £90,000-100,000
