The Role

We are seeking a skilled Windows, Active Directory & Virtualization Engineer with strong experience across Microsoft technologies, Azure, and VMware/Hyper-V platforms.

You will be responsible for administering Windows Server environments, managing identity services, maintaining virtualization infrastructure, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on operational expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise infrastructure
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues
• Experience managing patching, backups, and security compliance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering
• Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
• Active Directory & Group Policy management
• Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)
• VMware and/or Hyper-V administration
• DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
• Backup, patching, and vulnerability management
• Experience working in enterprise, high-availability environments
