Security AI Consultant / AI Cyber Tech Lead

Our client, a top global organization, is looking for experienced Security AI Consultants / AI Cyber Tech Leads to support enterprise-scale AI security and governance initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI strategy, governance, and enterprise transformation, working closely with CISO leadership and senior stakeholders to shape the secure adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise CISO leadership on AI security strategy and governance frameworks
• Design operating models supporting safe enterprise adoption of AI and GenAI technologies
• Assess current AI security maturity and define target-state roadmaps
• Develop AI risk, compliance, and governance controls aligned to enterprise security standards
• Guide delivery teams on secure AI solution architecture and implementation patterns
• Support vendor and tool evaluations for AI security platforms and GenAI solutions
• Provide assurance guidance around privacy, compliance, and AI risk management
• Facilitate workshops with business, security, architecture, and technology stakeholders
• Communicate security risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive leadership
• Support adoption of secure and scalable AI practices across cybersecurity operations

Required Experience

• Strong experience in CISO advisory or cybersecurity consulting environments
• Expertise in AI security strategy and governance
• Experience designing enterprise operating models and control frameworks
• Strong understanding of AI risk, compliance, privacy, and security controls
• Experience working with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity governance teams
• Vendor/tool evaluation experience across AI or cybersecurity technologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Ability to lead workshops and influence senior decision-makers
• Experience supporting enterprise AI or GenAI transformation programmes

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Claude AI or Agentic AI platforms
• Exposure to GenAI governance and assurance frameworks
• Knowledge of regulated financial services or enterprise risk environments
• Experience supporting AI adoption within cybersecurity functions
