We're working with a major transformation programme to find a Compliance & Assurance Specialist to strengthen governance, risk, and assurance activities across an IT infrastructure estate. This is a hands on role covering audit evidence, control reviews, and compliance reporting at a senior stakeholder level.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate compliance and assurance activities across the infrastructure estate
• Prepare audit evidence packs and support internal and external audits
• Run compliance assessments, control reviews, and gap analysis
• Produce executive level compliance reports and dashboards
• Maintain policies, procedures, and control documentation
• Act as a trusted compliance advisor to technical and business stakeholders

What you'll need

• Proven experience in Compliance, Governance, Risk, Assurance, or Audit roles
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge
• Working knowledge of NIS-CAF and ISO 27001, 22301, or 9001
• Active SC Clearance, or eligible and willing to obtain it
• Comfortable working onsite 3 days a week in Wokingham

Nice to have: familiarity with enterprise networking technologies and critical national infrastructure or other highly regulated sectors.
