Configuration Analyst

New Exciting opportunity for the role of Configuration Analyst.

Location: London (2 days from office, rest remote)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Configuration Analyst responsible for configuring and maintaining EPR (Electronic Patient Record) functionality by translating clinical and workstream requirements into safe, user-friendly system builds and enhancements.

Your Profile

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work collaboratively with communications and engagement teams to support wider organisational initiatives
  • Resilient and adaptable in complex programme environments
  • Experience supporting the development and application of communication and engagement standards
  • Strong focus on improving quality, consistency, and effectiveness of communications

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and tools such as Microsoft Project/Visio (or similar)
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships

Additional Requirements

  • Comfortable working with visual display equipment (VDU) for extended periods (3–4 hours)
  • Ability to maintain concentration while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience presenting information clearly in both face-to-face and digital formats
  • Ability to support and facilitate meetings and engagement sessions
  • Office-based role with travel to ULTH, Northampton Hospital, and other group sites
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to support a 24/7 organisation
