Overview
We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Specialist to join a dynamic IT team supporting a complex and secure enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role delivering high-quality end-user support across multiple sites, ensuring users have reliable, secure, and efficient access to technology.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational stability while contributing to continuous improvement and supporting ongoing technology change.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and meeting room tech
- Diagnose and resolve issues across operating systems, applications, collaboration tools, authentication, and connectivity
- Manage service requests including device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, software installs, and hardware refresh
- Deliver support via desk-side, walk-up, remote, phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Maintain accurate records within the ITSM platform (incidents, requests, assets, documentation)
- Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership and communication
- Support endpoint builds, imaging, patching, encryption, and software deployment
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and workplace technology support (VPN, browsers, collaboration tools, etc.)
- Identify trends in recurring issues and support problem management and continuous improvement
- Participate in projects, rollouts, and new service transitions
- Maintain asset inventory and stock control
- Produce technical documentation and user guidance
- Promote and enforce security best practices
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience supporting Windows environments and enterprise desktop technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and productivity applications
- Familiarity with endpoint management, patching, imaging, and deployment tools
- Understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, group policy, and access management
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN)
- Experience using ITSM and asset management systems
- Awareness of endpoint security (encryption, antivirus, compliance)
Desirable Skills
- Background in EUC / desktop support / service desk within large organisations
- Experience supporting diverse user environments (office, remote, mobile)
- Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management frameworks
- Experience in secure or regulated environments
- Basic scripting or automation skills
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Endpoint Management, etc.)
