We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of software engineers delivering scalable, high-quality digital products.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with people leadership and a passion for building collaborative, outcome-driven teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Driving Agile delivery, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Partnering with Product and stakeholders to align engineering with business goals
- Overseeing technical design, code quality, and best engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, DevOps)
- Managing team performance, coaching individuals, and supporting career growth
- Removing blockers, managing risks, and ensuring smooth delivery
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and team expansion
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams
- Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and SDLC
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to balance technical leadership with people management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Nice to have:
- Experience in retail or customer-facing platforms
- Background in scalable or distributed systems
