1. Expertise on windows 10/11 administratio

n2. Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issue

s3. Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices

)4. Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployment

s5. Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issue

s6. Troubleshooting Office issue

s7. Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issue

s8. Mobile Device Management suppor

t9. Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment metho

d10. Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 One driv
