Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to join a major transformation programme within a high-profile enterprise environment. This role will focus on designing secure, scalable, and future-ready network solutions that span across hybrid cloud, operational technology (OT), and corporate environments.

You'll play a critical part in shaping the network security roadmap — designing solutions such as NAC, ZTNA, micro/macro segmentation, SASE, and SD-WAN — working closely with enterprise architects and delivery teams to ensure secure and streamlined implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design secure network solutions that align with the overall security strategy.
• Produce high-level and low-level design documentation.
• Advise on optimal deployment of NAC, ZTNA, SASE, SD-WAN, and segmentation technologies.
• Support solution governance by presenting to internal design authority boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Consider consolidation opportunities to simplify architecture and tooling.
• Evaluate the impact of changes across cloud, on-prem, and OT environments.
• Perform architectural oversight and support remediation activities where required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience designing network architectures across hybrid cloud (on-prem, Azure, AWS).
• Deep understanding of macro/micro-segmentation strategies.
• Experience designing and implementing Network Access Control (NAC) and ZTNA solutions.
• Knowledge of SASE and SD-WAN principles and tooling.
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) network security.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, including next-gen firewall technologies.
• Demonstrated experience writing high-level and low-level design documents.
• Able to work across business and technical teams with excellent communication skills.
