📍 Crawley (3 days onsite)

Our client, a top global organization, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to support a major enterprise transformation programme for one of the UK’s largest airline organisations. As the Oracle Fusion Test Manager, you will own and drive the overall testing strategy across a complex ERP landscape, coordinating testing activities across business, functional, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall testing strategy for Oracle Fusion upgrades, integrations, and change requests
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities including:
  • Functional Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Manage and mentor test analysts, test leads, and wider QA resources
  • Define testing schedules, resource plans, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define test scenarios and coverage
  • Track and report testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders
  • Drive testing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and organisational quality standards
  • Coordinate defect triage meetings and support timely resolution management

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager within ERP or cloud-based transformation programmes
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or comparable ERP platforms
  • Deep understanding of testing methodologies, governance, and QA best practices
  • Experience managing full end-to-end testing lifecycles across large-scale implementations or upgrades
  • Strong knowledge of testing and delivery tools such as:
  • HP ALM
  • Jira
  • Azure DevOps
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines while maintaining quality standards

Desirable Experience

  • Airline or aviation industry experience
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion transformation programmes
  • Knowledge of automation testing tools and QA automation best practices
