Location: Crawley (Hybrid- 3 days)
Contract Duration: 6 Months+
Daily rate: £550 Inside IR35
📍 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Architect (HCM) to support a major UK airline customer, delivering and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits) combined with strong architectural leadership across end-to-end implementations, integrations, and large-scale transformation programmes.
📌 Key Requirements (Experience)
- 15+ years overall IT experience
- 8–10+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits)
- Minimum 3+ Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementations in a technical lead / architect role
- Proven experience in large, complex enterprise environments (aviation, transport, or distributed workforce preferred)
🎯 Candidate Profile
- 10–12+ years Oracle Fusion experience (with strong HCM focus preferred)
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion architecture and enterprise HR transformation programmes
- Experience in blueprinting and end-to-end solution design
- Knowledge of data structures including COA concepts (where applicable), HR data modelling, and integration mapping
- Strong understanding of HR processes including payroll, absence, and benefits configuration
- Basic SQL knowledge for validation and troubleshooting

- Oracle HCM integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud – OIC)
- HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting
- HDL / HSDL data loading and migration processes
- Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle and statutory payroll compliance
- Absence accrual rules, leave policies, and benefits eligibility configuration
