Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Chemistry Products

Location: London Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

Role Type: Contract – 6 Months

Rate : Inside I35 - negotiable.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Life Sciences team, supporting product strategy transformation for chemistry-related products. This is a hands-on role requiring experience in Cheminformatics, working closely with business stakeholders across the UK, US (East Coast), and Poland. You will drive product development, gather and document requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Life Sciences team, supporting product strategy transformation for chemistry-related products. This is a hands-on role requiring experience in Cheminformatics, working closely with business stakeholders across the UK, US (East Coast), and Poland. You will drive product development, gather and document requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge Transfer: Document existing product functionality, use cases, usage metrics, business processes, technical specifications, and non-functional product knowledge.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze AS-IS product landscape, business processes, and customer needs; propose transformation strategies for legacy products.
  • Product Requirement Development: Create product requirement documents, following existing processes and delivering within timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the point-of-entry for business requests, map stakeholders, execute engagement strategies, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Product Development Support: Fulfil Product Manager responsibilities during the product development phase, attending planning sessions, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

  • Business use case analysis and requirements documentation
  • Conducting user interviews and stakeholder mapping
  • Working knowledge of software product development and cloud environments
  • Proven experience in Agile development methodologies
  • Experienced user of Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in a Life Science organization, specifically in Cheminformatics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
