Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise products within a large-scale transformation environment.

This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding, commercial awareness, and stakeholder leadership, with responsibility for defining product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.

You will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure products are delivered effectively, aligned to customer needs, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through to retirement.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value proposition.
• Ensure solutions are customer-centric and aligned to business needs.
• Drive delivery milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage governance, risk, audit, and quality assurance activities.
• Lead and support Agile delivery practices across product teams.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering.
• Act as the key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Track and report product OKRs, performance metrics, and outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Support team capability building, onboarding, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong Product Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong commercial awareness and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivery squads.
• Ability to run workshops and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on outcomes and value delivery.
• Experience in technology or transformation programmes.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to audit, finance, or professional services environments.
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale organisations.
• Understanding of automation, digital platforms, or enterprise systems.
