Project Manager - ServiceNow Transformation

💷 Rate: £460/day (Inside IR35)

📍 Location: London / Birmingham | Hybrid | 3 days/week onsite

⏳ Contract: 12 months

MY client is looking for someone to lead a high-impact ServiceNow Now Assist implementation for a global bank, driving AI-powered ITSM transformation across one of Europe's largest financial institutions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years project management experience delivering complex IT projects in large enterprise environments
• Deep ServiceNow expertise across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and Knowledge Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels
• Solid ITIL v3/v4 knowledge with experience in AI/GenAI application within service management
• Proven change management and user adoption experience for large-scale technology rollouts

Bonus skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or ServiceNow certifications
• Financial services industry background
