Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solution Architect (Contract)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite, Central London

Rate: TBC - likely £500 – £600 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solution Architect to join a large-scale transformation programme based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of end‐to‐end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, systems, and customer journeys .

You will play a key role in shaping solution architecture across front-office and back-office capabilities , aligning business needs with scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex Salesforce solution architectures across multi-cloud environments
• Own end‐to‐end solution design, including:
• Customer journeys
• Business processes
• Integrations & data flows
• Platform architecture
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions
• Define integration strategies, data models, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and Business stakeholders
• Apply systems thinking to design unified, enterprise-wide Salesforce ecosystems
• Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, reusability, and consistency
• Support delivery teams and ensure best practices across architecture and design

Essential Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience with proven Solution Architect leadership
• Experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ / Billing / Revenue Cloud Advanced)
• Strong experience delivering end‐to‐end Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud environments
• Expertise in solution design & platform architecture; customer journey enablement & process orchestration; data modelling and enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience defining governance models, operating frameworks, and best practices
• Ability to structure and simplify complex business and technical challenges
• Confident working with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering & Architecture
• Experience contributing to enterprise-scale transformation programmes
