Daily rate: £500 inside IR35

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Microsoft Entra ID SME to lead BAU operations, identity enhancements, and automation initiatives within a customer identity environment. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity management, security governance, automation, and enterprise IAM best practices across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

This position will provide technical leadership, support operational teams, define identity standards, and drive secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

Core Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Minimum 3+ years of BAU operational IAM experience
• Strong experience working in hybrid enterprise environments
