Contract Rate: £545 per day inside IR35

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Digital Adoption to drive the strategy and execution of digital self-service adoption, shifting customer engagement from telephony to digital-first channels. This is a senior, end-to-end role requiring strong stakeholder influence and delivery ownership, with a focus on improving customer experience and measurable channel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute digital adoption strategy and roadmap (KPIs, containment, success metrics)
- Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives across product features, journeys, design, and communications
- Drive channel shift from telephony to digital self-service
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and AI teams
- Develop customer engagement and behavioural strategies to increase adoption
- Track performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise outcomes
- Influence senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and improve customer experience
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in Product Management
- Proven experience delivering digital adoption and channel shift initiatives
- Strong background in roadmap planning, KPI definition, and performance tracking
- Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Design, Marketing, and AI
- Data-driven approach with a focus on continuous optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
