Location: Windsor - Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite initially

Contract Rate: £545 per day inside IR35

Duration: 6–12 months initially

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Digital Adoption to drive the strategy and execution of digital self-service adoption, shifting customer engagement from telephony to digital-first channels. This is a senior, end-to-end role requiring strong stakeholder influence and delivery ownership, with a focus on improving customer experience and measurable channel performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute digital adoption strategy and roadmap (KPIs, containment, success metrics)
  • Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives across product features, journeys, design, and communications
  • Drive channel shift from telephony to digital self-service
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and AI teams
  • Develop customer engagement and behavioural strategies to increase adoption
  • Track performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise outcomes
  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and improve customer experience

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in Product Management
  • Proven experience delivering digital adoption and channel shift initiatives
  • Strong background in roadmap planning, KPI definition, and performance tracking
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Design, Marketing, and AI
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on continuous optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
