📍 London (3 days onsite)

Our client is seeking experienced TLM Developers to support large-scale reconciliation platform initiatives within a complex banking and financial services environment. This role is focused on development, configuration, enhancement, and support of SmartStream TLM solutions across enterprise reconciliation and operational control platforms. You’ll work on highly configurable reconciliation environments, supporting platform upgrades, schema design, workflow customisation, integration activities, and performance optimisation within large-scale enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop reconciliation solutions within SmartStream TLM environments
  • Perform TLM reconciliation configuration and enhancement activities
  • Customise workflows, UI screens, and database structures to support business requirements
  • Build and deploy CT packages across target environments
  • Support component testing, integration testing, and UAT readiness activities
  • Design and maintain TLM Smart Schema configurations
  • Update and amend TLM Control configurations to support platform upgrades and changes
  • Optimise dashboard and match rule performance through indexing and tuning activities
  • Manage user roles and profiles using Smart Studio
  • Produce technical documentation for system changes and deployment activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM technologies including:
  • TLM Premium
  • TLM Control
  • TLM Recon Admin
  • TLM Design Studio
  • TLM Smart Studio
  • TLM Web Connect
  • TLM CT Tool
  • TLM Smart Schema
  • Strong experience with TLM Premium v2.5, v2.7, or v3.0
  • Strong understanding of TLM reconciliation configuration and development
  • Experience customising application workflows, UI components, and database structures
  • Experience building and deploying CT packages across environments
  • Understanding of:
  • TLM Match Rules
  • Initiations / Pass Lists
  • Smart Schema design
  • User roles and profile management
  • Knowledge of database indexing and dashboard/match rule performance tuning
  • Experience supporting integration testing and UAT readiness activities
  • Strong documentation and change management capability

Desirable Experience

  • Agile delivery experience
  • Exposure to DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines
  • Scripting or automation experience highly advantageous
  • Experience within banking or financial services reconciliation environments
