We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

This role requires deep platform expertise across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping), and ITAM, along with strong exposure to Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design high-level ServiceNow architecture
• Lead new implementations, upgrades, and consolidations
• Align platform architecture with enterprise IT strategy
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SAML
• Lead CMDB enrichment aligned with CSDM
• Restructure Knowledge Management for AI enablement
• Rationalise and redesign service catalog taxonomy
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards
• Mentor developers and lead technical design sessions

Essential Experience

• 10+ years IT experience
• 3+ years in a ServiceNow Architect role
• Deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping), ITAM
• Strong JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer & Integration Hub experience
• Experience with Gen AI / Agentic AI within ServiceNow
• CMDB & CSDM alignment expertise
• Experience rolling back heavy customisations to OOTB

Desirable

• ITIL expertise
• TOGAF certification
• ITSM migrations/consolidations
• Large-scale integrations & multi-instance environments
