As they continue to grow, they're looking for an experienced Catastrophe Modeller to become one of the technical leaders within the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll still be writing code, solving modelling challenges and working alongside scientists and software engineers every day.
What you'll be doing
🌪 Lead end-to-end catastrophe model development across hazard, exposure, vulnerability and loss modelling.
💻 Develop, review and optimise Python-based modelling workflows.
📈 Improve model performance, automation and reproducibility.
🧠 Translate cutting-edge science into scalable commercial products.
🤝 Work directly with clients to explain methodology, validate outputs and solve complex technical problems.
👥 Mentor junior developers and help shape a collaborative engineering culture.
🎤 Represent the business at conferences and industry events.
