Procurement Compliance & Onboarding Specialist (6-month FTC)

Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Procurement Compliance & Onboarding Specialist (6-month FTC) . In this role you will act as the key point of contact for suppliers by managing relationships, onboarding, performance, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.

Duties & Responsibilities for this Procurement Compliance & Onboarding Specialist (6-month FTC) role:

  • Define and deliver a supplier success strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage key supplier relationships as primary point of contact, building strong long-term partnerships.
  • Lead regular supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and clear understanding of requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, using data to identify risks, trends, and performance gaps across operational, financial, ESG, and compliance areas, while driving continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Act as escalation point for supplier issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Category, Procurement, Finance, Legal) for aligned supplier management.

To be successful in this Procurement Compliance & Onboarding Specialist (6-month FTC) role:

  • Ideally having 2+ years of experience in a sourcing / procurement role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes, S2P workflows, and related technologies.
  • Strong experience in onboarding and managing new supplier relationships is essential
  • Extensive experience across procurement processes, ensuring supplier compliance across data, ESG, financial due diligence, and risk frameworks
  • Monitor and analyse supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, using data to identify risks, drive accountability, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs).
  • Experience with procurement SaaS platforms is an advantage.
