AI Writing Evaluator (Remote)

• Location: Remote within United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia & New Zealand (You must be legally authorised to work in the country where you are based)

• Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.

Role Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role supports AI model improvement by critically assessing the quality of AI-generated text. You will act as a human feedback expert, grading AI responses for factual accuracy, stylistic fluency, and logical coherence to help train models to write more naturally and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and grade AI-generated responses based on strict rubrics for accuracy, coherence, tone, and grammar.
• Compare multiple AI outputs to rank them from best to worst, providing clear justification for your rankings.
• Identify and flag specific issues such as factual "hallucinations," logical inconsistencies, or unnatural phrasing.
• Rewrite AI-generated text or draft original "gold standard" responses to demonstrate high-quality writing to the model.
• Assist with verifying facts using online research to ensure AI claims are supported by reliable sources.

Qualifications:

Strong command of written English and clear, professional communication skills. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. Ability to understand/follow written guidelines or rubrics consistently when reviewing content. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).

Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
