Job summary:

Quintessentially is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator. You will be working in a tight-knit agile team to develop, maintain and improve our Salesforce platform. This role is part of the wider technology team and report to the Salesforce Product Manager.

We have been using Salesforce as our CRM since 2008. You can read more about how Quintessentially uses Salesforce here: We are using Salesforce Service Cloud with elements of Sales Cloud, as well as Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders and Tech Ops team to scope, design, document and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, sharing, assignment rules and permission sets.
  • Provide support and guidance to a Junior Salesforce Administrator (not direct report).
  • Document functional and technical processes and procedures.
  • Attend regular team/project meetings as required.
  • Maintain and implement third-party integrations.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for planned Salesforce releases.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with users and development team to test and verify solutions through User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical users.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) is a must, with other certifications being desirable.
  • Experience adhering to PCI DSS and GDPR compliance requirements.
  • Comfortable building complex Flows. Visualforce/Apex is a plus.
  • Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, including proficiency in SOQL.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced formula and Excel skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML. CSS is a plus.

Hours of work:

Contractual hours are from 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday.

However, it may be the case that in order to fulfill the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.

Requirement to be on call outside working hours in case of service-related emergency.
