AI Stategy Lead

We’re partnered with an award-winning, full life-cycle engineering services provider to find an AI Strategy Lead for their specialist digital & data consulting team, who specialise in delivering modern, large-scale complex solutions for major infrastructure, transport and public sector innovation programmes, to name a few.
In this senior role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and delivery — advising C-suite leaders, identifying high-value AI opportunities, and leading end-to-end AI transformation initiatives from roadmap to execution.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years’ experience in consulting or industry (infrastructure / engineering focused)
- Proven experience in AI strategy and digital transformation
- Strong technical understanding of AI, data and analytics
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Experience leading large, complex delivery teams
