AI Strategy Lead

We’re working on behalf of a well established and leading provider of full-life cycle engineering services, who are seeking a Principal Consultant – AI Strategy & Implementation Lead to join their high-performing digital and data consulting team working across major infrastructure, transport, and energy sectors.

In this senior role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and technology — helping clients identify high-impact AI opportunities, design end-to-end transformation roadmaps, and deliver measurable value through cutting-edge data and AI solutions.

You’ll work alongside leading experts in digital strategy, data science, and technology delivery, advising C-suite clients and guiding teams through complex AI transformation journeys.

As a senior member of their expert digital, data and technology function you'll:

• Shape AI and data strategies that drive measurable business value
• Advise C-suite clients on their AI journey - from roadmap to implementation
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering innovative, scalable AI solutions
• Build trusted client partnerships and help win new strategic opportunities

What we're looking for :

• 8+ years’ experience in consulting or industry, with a focus on civil engineering, infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership in AI strategy, data and digital transformation
• Strategic mindset, combined with deep technical understanding of AI and analytics
• Exceptional communication skills and board-level presence
• Strategic mindset and passion for emerging technology
• Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary technical teams
