Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in client integrations within the social housing sector . This is a key role supporting the integration of housing systems with our legacy platform, helping ensure smooth collaboration between clients and our development team.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Gathering and documenting client requirements for housing system integrations.
• Translating business needs into clear technical specifications for developers.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience with housing systems (e.g., ActiveH, Capita, Aareon, Orchard).
• Strong understanding of integration processes between client and supplier systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

This is a fully remote, contract role, outside IR35.
