We are working with a leading organisation who operate within the residential real estate sector who manage over 300,000 homes across the UK.
The business has been PE backed since 2022, and acquired a range of operating brands, the organisation has ambitions to accelerate growth across all of it's operating brands by focusing on existing organic momentum and acquisitions into the market.
They are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead the delivery function, manage all programmes, and drive the newly established Creation Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the delivery strategy across all projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Oversee programme management, change initiatives, and communications across the business.
- Manage the BA/PM team, providing mentorship and developing delivery capabilities.
- Lead the Creation Centre of Excellence to standardise processes and best practices.
- Support strategic planning and ensure successful execution of business-critical programmes.
- Report into the CIO and communicate programme progress, risks, and insights to senior leadership.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years in senior delivery or programme management leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of process management, change, and programme governance.
- Experience setting up or leading a Centre of Excellence is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
This is a 12-Month role designed to scale to perm with the business, with an office in London but remote first opportunity.
