Information Technology Project Manager

A Leading property management firm is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration projects. The IT Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that project goals align with the company’s broader technology and business objectives

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track spending, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage risks to minimise project impact.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and timelines.

Skills and Competencies:

• Successful delivery of projects in a sophisticated business environment, preferably gained from working within larger organisations.
• Experience leading of CRM implementations or technical projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills coupled with senior-level influencing and relationship management
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices, with experience implementing successful digital change initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

This is an initial 12 month FTC, with long term visions of projects based in London, once a week.
