The Role

We’re hiring a Modern Workplace Lead Engineer to take ownership of the organisation’s Microsoft 365 and end-user computing environment.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll design, build, and evolve a modern workplace platform while supporting ongoing M&A activity.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the M365 stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot)
• Leading Intune & Autopilot device management
• Managing Entra ID, security & access
• Driving automation (PowerShell / Power Platform)
• Supporting tenant migrations & M&A integrations

What we’re looking for:

• Strong M365 / Modern Workplace engineering experience
• Hands-on Intune & Autopilot expertise
• Solid Entra ID / identity management
• Experience with automation
• Bonus: migrations or M&A exposure
