Solutions Architect

A Tier-1 Banking client is seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, cloud-first solutions to complex business problems. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, shaping technology direction and ensuring solutions balance innovation, risk, and business value.

What you'll do

• Architect modern, cloud-native solutions using AWS, serverless, and containerisation.
• Create high-quality design artefacts for governance, security, and delivery teams.
• Lead on API design, integration patterns, and solution consistency across platforms.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and support operational teams.

What you'll bring

• Strong experience architecting distributed systems.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS and solid engineering knowledge with Java, ideally from an engineering background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

This role is Hybrid with 2 days a week in their office in Knutsford.
