Your New Role

Your new role will see you joining a growing Education Technology
business as an Administrator, playing a key role in supporting
schools and the wider Sales team. You will be responsible for
processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, liaising
directly with schools to answer queries, provide updates and
ensure their orders are processed smoothly from initial enquiry
through to completion. You will work closely with the Sales team
to provide effective administrative support, ensuring customer
information, orders and documentation are kept accurate and up to
date. You will also communicate with internal departments and
suppliers where required, helping to resolve any issues and
ensuring schools receive a high level of customer service. This
is a varied administrative position where organisation, attention
to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be
essential to ensuring the smooth running of the order process and
providing an excellent experience for schools and customers.

Ensuring Your Success

To be successful in this role, you will be an organised, reliable
and customer-focused administrator with excellent communication
skills and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in
administration, customer service, order processing, sales support
or a similar environment would be advantageous. You will be
confident communicating with customers by telephone and email and
comfortable building positive relationships with schools,
colleagues and external contacts. You will have the ability to
process information accurately, manage multiple orders and
priorities simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are consistently
met. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and CRM
or order management systems, will be beneficial. You will also be
a proactive team player who is comfortable working alongside a
busy Sales team, taking ownership of your responsibilities while
providing support wherever required. A positive attitude,
willingness to learn and commitment to delivering excellent
customer service will be key to your success.

In Return

In return, you will join a supportive and collaborative Education
Technology business where you will have the opportunity to
develop your administrative, customer service and sales support
skills within an exciting and growing industry. You will work
alongside an experienced team and gain valuable exposure to the
education technology sector, working directly with schools and
helping them access the products and services they need. You will
benefit from a varied role with opportunities to take on
additional responsibilities, develop your knowledge and progress
your career within the organisation. You will become an important
part of a team that is focused on delivering an efficient,
professional and customer-focused service to schools across the
