Your New Role

Our client are a leading name in the Audio-Visual solutions industry, who, due to continued expansion, are seeking a skilled and driven AV Project Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of delivering high-value AV projects across corporate, education, and retail environments. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle — from planning and resource management, through to installation, commissioning, and client handover. Acting as the key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standard. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AV integrations such as video walls, unified communications, digital signage, and large-scale conferencing solutions.

Ensuring Your Success

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience managing AV or technology integration projects, ideally within the corporate or commercial sector. You will bring strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities. A solid technical understanding of AV systems, networking, and control solutions will be key, as well as the confidence to manage on-site teams and subcontractors. Prince2 or similar project management qualifications would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence is essential.
