Your New Role

Our client are a world renowned education organisation based in the heart of London,who are looking for a tech-savvy, organised and proactive Education Technology Officer to join their team. You’ll help roll out and support our programmes on Canvas, ensuring every course area meets our quality standards and supports outstanding teaching and learning. You’ll provide guidance, troubleshooting and training for staff and students, helping them get the most out of our education technologies. Alongside this, you’ll support our attendance monitoring systems and play a hands-on role in digital projects that shape the future of how we teach and engage students.

Ensuring Your Success

You’ll be a great fit if you’re organised, detail-oriented and enjoy helping others understand technology. Experience with VLEs (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) or similar platforms will be valuable, along with confidence using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and some familiarity with HTML, CSS or JavaScript. You’ll work closely with Programme Teams, Faculty, Central Services and the Digital Learning Team to make sure our systems are set up correctly, data is well-managed, and everyone has the support they need. Strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills are key to success in this fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves systems, process improvement and problem solving — someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, spotting opportunities for smarter working, and using technology to make learning more impactful.
