Your New Role

Our client is a globally recognised houseware manufacturer, who are looking for a new HRBP to join their growing people department. This is a generalist HRBP role, where you will take ownership of a Supply Chain & IT Department, which makes up circa 150 members of staff. As the organisation continues to go through a Digital Transformation, you will be the first port of call for recruitment, L&D, Comp & Bens, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. The role does also require an individual who is willing to get their hands dirty as well as delivering on the higher level responsibilities.

Ensuring Your Success

Level 5 CIPD or equivalent by experience is a must for this position. Ideally, you will come from the Supply Chain industry with a demonstrable background within a varied generalist position. This position requires a self-starter who is genuinely passionate for HR. Excellent interpersonal skills are also essential with the ability to manage complex stakeholders and solve complex problems, at times, that are sensitive.
