The Role

Our client is a global SaaS organisation who are very purpose driven organisation supporting student development. They are currently searching for an experience HR Business Partner, to work closely with their Commercial Functions in delivering strategy HR initiatives. You will be required to partner with Senior leaders in employee relations, workforce planning, coaching, talent development, providing trusted advice to your stakeholders on all HR related matters. The role is very generalist, where you may be required to wear a number of different hats.

Ensuring Your Success

You will have previous experience working as a HRBP, ideally partnering with commercial (sales, customer experience and support), high paced functions. A demonstrable background working in generalist roles is essential, with strong knowledge of change management, HR policies & processes, alongside a deep understanding of HR best practices, local labor laws and regulations. Excellent stakeholder management skills are a key to ensuring your success in this position, with the ability to quickly build trust and solve problems quickly. CIPD qualifications are a desirable.
