Your New Role
We are delighted to be supporting one of our fantastic public sector clients in appointing an interim HRIS Specialist to strengthen their HR systems capability during a period of transformation. You will play a key role in maintaining, optimising and developing their iTrent system, ensuring data integrity, improving reporting outputs and supporting the configuration of workflows, modules and system enhancements. You will also act as a bridge between HR, IT and wider stakeholders, ensuring system changes are aligned with operational needs and delivered effectively.
Ensuring Your Success
You will be an experienced HRIS professional with expert-level knowledge of iTrent—including configuration, maintenance, reporting and troubleshooting. A strong grasp of HR processes, data flows and best-practice system governance is essential. You will be confident analysing complex data, producing meaningful dashboards and advising stakeholders on system capabilities and improvements. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate technical issues into clear, practical guidance will be vital to your success.
