IT Helpdesk Technician (Part-Time, On-Site – 3 Days per Week)

Location: UK (Exact site TBC)

Start: ASAP – before Christmas preferred, but flexible for the right person

Engagement: Long-term contract, Time & Materials

A growing global tech company is expanding its EMEA operations and is looking for an on-site IT Helpdesk Technician to support their regional team. You’ll work closely with the EMEA IT Manager, acting as the go-to person for day-to-day support across a fully Mac-based environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing 1st-line (and light 2nd-line) technical support
  • Supporting users both on-site and remotely across EMEA
  • Handling daily tickets and delivering reliable, high-quality customer service
  • Troubleshooting issues across core SaaS tools
  • Being the face of IT on-site and keeping things running smoothly

Key Skills Required

Critical:

  • Strong, hands-on MacOS support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • 2+ years working in IT support
  • Confident supporting both on-site users and remote teams internationally

Technical Exposure To:

  • Google Workspace
  • Jira
  • Slack
  • Okta
  • Zoom
  • General SaaS troubleshooting
  • Basic cyber security tools / principles

Nice to Have:

  • Network+ (or equivalent networking knowledge)
